Philippe Defraigne

Philippe Defraigne is the Founding Director at Cullen International since November 1988. Philippe also served as an In-house expert at the European Commission from 1991 to 1994. Defraigne holds a Baccalauréat in Philosophy from Université catholique de Louvain, a Diploma in Business Administration from the same institution, and a Master's degree in Economics from Université de Namur. Philippe completed their primary and secondary education at Saint Jean Berchmans.
