Peter Berkelmans

Peter Berkelmans is an experienced operations and production leader currently serving as the Head of Production & Operations at Cullen Jewellery since November 2024, where responsibilities include optimizing production processes and ensuring collaboration across various operational sectors. Prior to this role, Peter worked as the Manufacturing Value Stream Manager at Leica Biosystems, leading a team of 60 in histology instrumentation manufacturing, and as the Operations & Compliance Manager at Moog Australia Pty Ltd, overseeing supply chain and compliance initiatives. Peter has also co-owned BODY YOGA and served as a Senior Project Manager at Extel Technologies, managing customer-driven projects. Peter holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.
