Jessica Hinton-Smith

Jessica Hinton-Smith currently serves as the Network Manager for EMEA at Culligan International, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Jessica was the Network Service Manager at Gloucestershire Constabulary from November 2021 to August 2023, leading a team of network engineers to manage network services for the police force. Additional experience includes working as a Technical Service Delivery Manager at Systal Technology Solutions for the Unipart account, overseeing day-to-day technical operations and project support. Jessica has also held various contract roles at Oxford University, contributing to centralized networking support and VOIP system rollout. Prior roles include positions at Grafton Merchanting GB, Activate Learning, Grundon Waste Management Ltd, Vale of White Horse District Council, and Adnap Networking Ltd, where Jessica progressed from technical support roles to managerial positions. Education was completed at Abingdon College with A Levels in IT, Psychology, and Media Studies.
