Culligan International
Selina Emlen is an experienced leader in customer experience and program development, currently serving as the Director of Dealer Program Development at Culligan International since June 2015. In this role, Selina implements various growth programs aimed at enhancing sales and customer service within the Culligan North America dealer network. Previously, Selina established the Customer Experience Department at Culligan, fostering a customer-centric culture across a network of over 600 franchisee dealers. Other notable positions include Integrated Retail Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation and Manager of Strategic Initiative Systems at Advance Auto Parts. Selina began her career at Caterpillar Inc. where roles included Marketing Research Analyst and Business Analyst. Selina holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Business from Bradley University and is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Academy Program at Harvard Business School.
