Zach Rose

Zach Rose is an experienced professional in project management with a focus on sustainable construction. Currently serving as Development Manager at Cullinan Properties, a role held since July 2017, Zach has progressed through various positions including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Pepper Construction Group as Project Engineer, where the emphasis was on high performance and sustainable construction. Zach holds a Master of Science in Project Management, Sustainable Construction from Illinois State University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Energy and Industrial Engineering from the same university (2012-2014).
