Bhanu Prakash Darbha has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Bhanu Prakash currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Cully Automation Ltd, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Manager for Automation & SCADA at Cully Automation Ltd from May 2022 to August 2023. Before joining Cully Automation Ltd, Bhanu worked at ABB as the Sales Support Manager for the UK and Ireland. During their time at ABB, they were responsible for pre-sales system engineering and sales support management for automation and DCS systems, serving various industries including pharma/biotech, datacenters, power, water, steel, and oil and gas. Bhanu also has experience working at Microsol Ltd as a Proposal Manager, where they focused on SCADA and remote terminal units. Their role involved system engineering, pre-sales, customer support, and project management, working on global bids with partner companies. Prior to that, they worked at Nelco Limited - Tata Enterprise as a Marketing Manager, specializing in SCADA systems for power, water, oil and gas, and railway applications. Bhanu began their career at Narne Tulaman Pvt Limited as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they focused on system engineering and commissioning of automation systems for the steel industry. Bhanu Prakash started as a Trainee Engineer and was trained in the United Kingdom. Bhanu's earliest work experience was at Venkateshwara Educational Academy, where they worked as a Computer Program Teacher, teaching basic and Cobal languages to students and supporting the data processing team.

Bhanu Prakash Darbha holds a Master's degree in International Business from Trinity College Dublin, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to this, they earned a Master's degree in Physics with Electronics from Andhra University from 1982 to 1984. Bhanu Prakash also completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Osmania University, with studies from 1979 to 1982.
