Anthony T. Walker

Anthony T. Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in radiological security, intelligence analysis, and military operations. Currently serving as the Deputy Africa Portfolio Manager at Culmen International, Anthony oversees the implementation of radiological security programs in Sub-Saharan Africa and collaborates with national laboratories on multi-million dollar projects. Previously, Anthony held several key roles, including Program Manager for the National Nuclear Security Administration and Site Lead at the Washington Field Office, where analytical support and project management were critical responsibilities. Additionally, Anthony's military background includes significant positions within the US Army and NATO, where leadership in intelligence and force protection operations was demonstrated. Anthony holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy and has completed Joint Professional Military Education at the Joint Forces Staff College and Command and General Staff College.
