James "Jim" Geleta, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in performance analysis, strategic planning, and program management within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, currently serving as the Director of Performance Analysis and Planning Services for the National Cemetery Administration since April 2015. In addition to this role, Jim has worked as a Program Analyst and Strategic Planner for the Veterans Benefits Administration since December 2013, and volunteers for emergency management planning in Adams County, PA. Jim has held positions in business development and project management at Culmen International and the National Guard Bureau, where responsibilities included intergovernmental coordination and homeland security strategy. Academically, Jim is a Doctor of Public Administration candidate at the University of Baltimore and holds an MBA from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from McDaniel College.
