Tina McCaffery

Tina McCaffery, CDFM, is an experienced financial analyst with a strong background in budget formulation, execution, and program management within various government agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Culmen International since June 2020, Tina has previously held senior roles at Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC, and Integrity Management Consulting, where support was provided for the Department of Homeland Security's budget and acquisition processes. With a solid foundation in financial management from General Dynamics Information Technology, MPRI/L3 Communication, ITT Technical Institute, and Freddie Mac, Tina has demonstrated expertise in managing multimillion-dollar programs and contracts. Tina holds a Bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
