Kirstie Weimer, PE has over 12 years of professional experience in the engineering and consulting industries. Kirstie began their career in 2008 as a Lead Peer Adviser at Binghamton University. Kirstie then worked as an Energy Analysis Intern at EME Group Consulting Engineers and a Fluids Manufacturing Intern at Momentive Performance Materials. In 2010, they returned to Momentive Performance Materials as a Project Engineering Intern. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at BAE Systems in various roles, including Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer, Deputy Program Manager, Proposal Lead, and Product Development Engineer. Kirstie was also a part of the Engineering Leadership Development Program. In 2015, they began working at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Project Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer, F-35 Affordability. In 2019, they joined Inspirus as a Senior Project Manager and in 2021, they began working at Culminate Strategy Group as a Project Manager and Change Management Consultant.
Kirstie Weimer, PE earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution between 2007 and 2011. In addition, they have obtained certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in September 2014, an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry (OSHA10 G) from OSHA in August 2014, an Open Water Diver from Scuba Schools International in June 2014, and a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association's Professional Education Center in May 2014.
