Leigh Culpepper has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Leigh started their career as a Counselor at the Koala Hospital and Counseling Center in 1992 and later transitioned to become a Counselor and Behavioral Consultant at Quinco Behavioral Health Systems in 1993. In 1995, they joined Roane State Community College as an Instructor and Academic/Career Advisor. In 1997, Leigh joined Culpepper and Associates, Inc., where they held various roles such as Developer/Analyst, Manager of Information Systems, VP & COO, and eventually became the CEO & President in 2005. Leigh Culpepper pursued a PhD in an unspecified field from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1995 to 1997.
