Carolina Carpio Arana

Carolina Carpio Arana has a diverse work experience in various roles related to service design, user experience research, and user interface design. Carolina has worked at Culqi as a Sr Service Designer starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Service Designer & Research Sr at BBVA from 2022 to 2023. Carolina also worked as a User Experience Specialist at ICBC International from 2022 to 2022. Carolina worked at Discovery Inc as a Senior Research Consultant from 2021 to 2022 and also had a role as a Researcher & Ux designer. Carolina worked at Hevica Travels as a Ux Researcher senior from 2020 to 2021, focusing on navigation flows, user research, and benchmarking. Carolina also worked as a Ux/Ui Designer at Geor, aplicación, where they created mobile apps, landing pages, and dashboards from 2020 to 2020. Carolina was a UX Researcher at INF INMOBILIARIA from 2019 to 2020, where they coordinated concept tests and managed design projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Ux/Ui Designer at Patas Digitales from 2017 to 2018 and as a UX Designer at Concert Producciones from 2016 to 2017. Carolina enrolled in Colectivo23 in 2023, where they studied Service Design and received a degree. In the same year, they also attended Crehana to pursue quantitative research investigation.

In 2021, Carolina joined the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP, specializing in Design Thinking. Carolina also completed courses at Crehana in Lean Ux and Agile methodologies. Additionally, Carolina attended Coderhouse and obtained certifications in Ux Research and Advanced Ux/Ui Design.

Back in 2020, Carolina pursued an online specialization in Ux/Ui through Coursera. Carolina further enhanced their skills in 2019 by completing specializations in Figma and Social Media Management through the platform Platzi.

Carolina's journey began in 2018 when they enrolled in Coderhouse and gained expertise as a Ux/Ui Designer.

Finally, from 2009 to 2014, Carolina pursued their undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón.
