Diego Fernández Arista

Diego Fernández Arista has gained multiple work experiences in the past few years. Diego started their career as a Practicante de Control y Mejora Continua at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros in March 2020. During this role, they optimized operational tasks using Excel, updated payment statuses of clients, and generated daily and monthly reports on payment effectiveness.

Diego then moved on to Banco de Crédito BCP in February 2021, where they worked as a Practicante - Gerencia Desarrollo Productos Personas. In this position, they designed a Power BI dashboard for analyzing transactions in secure e-commerce channels, leading to a 15% increase in approved and fully authenticated transactions. Diego also reduced operational burden by 30% through report automation in Excel and Power BI, as well as PL/SQL logic optimization. In November 2018, Diego received a certification in "SQL SERVER - Implementación de Base de Datos" from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In March 2020, they obtained another certification in "Excel Avanzado: Macros" from the same institution. In February 2022, Diego received a certification in "Digital Strategy" from Fharo. The latest certification they obtained was "Python 101 for Data Science" from Cognitive Class, which they completed in January 2023.
