Josmell Rodríguez

Josmell Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josmell is currently working at Culqi as the Head of Processes and Continuous Improvement. Prior to this, they held the role of Team Leader of Processes and Continuous Improvement at Niubiz, where they were responsible for implementing and managing process transformation projects. Before Niubiz, Josmell worked at Sanofi as a Quality Coordinator, where they maintained the internal quality system and implemented process improvements using Lean tools. Josmell also provided support in corporate and local supplier audits. Josmell began their career in the pharmaceutical industry, working in quality assurance roles at Laboratorios AC FARMA and BBRAUN Medical Perú. Josmell also gained experience in production roles at HERSIL S.A. and Laboratorios Farmaceuticos Markos.

Josmell Rodríguez has a diverse education history with a focus on operations research, improvement processes, and engineering. From 2021 to 2023, they attended CENTRUM PUCP and obtained a Master's degree in Operations Research, specializing in the field of study of Operations Research. In 2018, Josmell completed a short-term program at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, earning a degree in Lean Project Management with a focus on process improvement.

Josmell'sundergraduate studies were carried out at the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with a specialization in Quality. Later, from 2011 to 2015, Josmell attended the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, in 2014, they participated in a short-term program at the Universidad del Pacífico, specializing in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and focusing on process improvement.

Josmell further expanded their knowledge in 2017 and 2018 by completing a diploma program in Analytics & Big Data at the National University of Engineering, with a specific focus on Business Intelligence.
