Giorgia Olivia Pepe

Giorgia Olivia Pepe has a diverse work experience history. In 2014, they started as a Sales Assistant & Team Coach at Next, where they worked until 2018. Giorgia Olivia then moved on to LKW WALTER Internationale Transportorganisation AG, where they served as a Transport Manager until May 2019. In 2020, they joined THG as a German Ecommerce Trading Executive at LOOKFANTASTIC, where they were responsible for trading the German and Austrian sites, optimizing key metrics, and executing the CRM strategy. Their role at THG lasted until September 2021. Currently, they are working at Cult Beauty as the Head of Ecommerce, a role they assumed in October 2023. Giorgia Olivia is also recognized as the Newcomer of the Year for THG Beauty in 2021.

Giorgia Olivia Pepe attended Spalding High School for Girls from 2009 to 2016. After that, they pursued a BA in Business Management and German at the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2020.
