Tom Gearing is the CEO and Co-founder of Cult Wines Ltd, a role held since September 2009, where oversight of the company's strategy, global operations, and technology innovation has established Cult Wines as an industry leader. Under Tom's leadership, Cult Wines has expanded from a start-up to an award-winning, multi-million-pound global enterprise with a presence in the UK, Americas, and Asia Pacific. Additionally, Tom has been a member of the YPO London Chapter since December 2019 and was the Runner-up on Season 8 of BBC's The Apprentice in 2011. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Nottingham, completed between 2006 and 2009.
