Chase Lessman

Chase Lessman is the Senior Director of Sales for CULTA, with legal cannabis sales & retail management experience spanning since 2011 in Denver, Colorado. Chase was also recently nominated to the State of Maryland's Advisory Board for Medical & Adult-Use Cannabis. Since CULTA's inception in 2018 Chase has served in various capacities: from GM, to Director of Retail Operations to his most current role as Senior Director of Sales as a member of CULTA's Leadership Team. He is principally responsible for ensuring the continued sales growth and profitability of wholesale, retail & B2B revenue channels. Chase is an expert in innovative brand & sales strategies, relationship management and retail operations that drive exclusivity, customer service and exceptional return on investment
