Olga Sostaka

Olga Sostaka has a thorough background in quality control, with experience ranging from Quality Control Technician to QC Manager. Olga has extensive experience at Cultech Ltd, where Olga currently leads the VMS Division's GIQC and FGQC teams. Olga also worked as a Quality Officer at Cultech Ltd, specializing in validation and packaging trials. Prior to Cultech Ltd, Olga worked as a Senior Quality Control Technician, assisting in customer complaint investigations and control of deviations. Olga started their career at EMS Ltd as an Operator. Olga holds a Master of Science in Lean and Agile Manufacturing from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a Bachelor of Humanities in Scandinavian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Latvijas Universitate.
