Pavel Dler is the Founder and CEO of CULTED, a media and entertainment company that produces and publishes digital content targeted towards Gen Z. With a team of young creatives, they have been successful in identifying online trends before competitors. Prior to starting CULTED, Pavel worked as a Creative Director and Digital Strategist for a consulting firm, helping brands engage with consumers through digital experiences. Pavel holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design with Marketing from Central Saint Martins and has a background in Fashion and Apparel Design.

Through creative strategies we connect our partners with Gen Z audiences and help them build loyal communities. Our strong interpersonal relationship with young audiences on TikTok and other social media platforms have enabled us to foster a deep understanding of Gen Z consumers. Our aim is to empower and represent young creatives all over the world, giving them a platform to be inspired by their own generation.
