Dominant culture is not inclusive today, but cultures are not set in stone. We change the culture by collectively deciding that the status quo no longer serves us. Cultivate Empathy empowers each person to become more self-aware, less judgmental, and actively accountable. These Emotional Intelligence (EQ) skills can be developed, with intention, to create safe spaces for belonging, and self-security to be more authentic.
