Douglas Lynch

Douglas Lynch, GISP, is an experienced geospatial professional with a background in management and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Owner and Principal of Local Government Solutions at Cultivate Geospatial Solutions LLC since February 2021, Douglas previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Data Transfer Solutions, LLC from August 2016 to January 2021. Douglas's expertise extends to senior roles at TranSystems and Carter Burgess, where responsibilities included managing a full-service GIS team and leading over 100 transportation planning projects. Additionally, as GIS Manager at the McIntosh Trail Regional Development Center, Douglas oversaw daily GIS operations and collaborated with multiple state agencies. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography, with a focus on GIS and City & Regional Planning, from Western Kentucky University.
