Nadeem Demian currently serves as Development Manager at Cultivate Power, commencing in April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy Analyst at Nova Clean Energy from September 2022 to April 2024, and Research Consultant at the Indigenized Energy Initiative from September 2022 to January 2023. Nadeem also worked as a Clean Energy Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Marathon Capital in mid-2022, and as a Natural Capital Intern at EBRD from May to August 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Community Conservation Fellow at D&R Greenway Land Trust, Inc. from July 2019 to July 2020, and as a Scientific Researcher at Mpala Research Centre from June 2017 to August 2018. Nadeem holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and a Master of Arts in International and Development Economics from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University.
