Kari Olson-Lusti

Kari Olson-Lusti, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Sales at Cultivate, where the focus is on creating memorable experiences for corporate and social events. With a career spanning multiple roles in sales and business development, Kari has held positions such as Senior Sales Executive at Cvent and Business Development Manager at MeetingPlay. In addition to experience as an Independent Consultant, Kari has contributed to the success of leading Destination Management Companies, including 360 Destination Group and ACCESS Destination Services, where responsibilities included driving sales growth and managing key accounts. Kari also has a background in special event sales and catering, having worked at the Petersen Automotive Museum and Rancho Valencia Resort. Educational credentials include attendance at San Diego State University.
