Paul Mayer

Paul Mayer is an experienced professional in engineering and investment, currently serving as Principal at Cultivation Capital since March 2023, focusing on Geospatial Tech and Enterprise Software Tech Funds. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Maxar Technologies as Responsible Engineer and Mechanical Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included customer interactions, hardware verification, and engineering analysis of thermal and structural subsystems. Paul's leadership experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at AllAir HVAC, LLC., where project management led to a significant contract win, and as Founder and CEO of Gotham Industries, providing consulting services to HVAC and NASA. Earlier in the career, Paul was a Mechanical Drafter at Siemens, contributing to MTA-Subway projects. Paul holds an MBA in Investment Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
