An active diversity and inclusion champion, she led Shell's UK Gender Equality network, is a Board Trustee of The Soil Association, and is Special Advisor to The Prince's Responsible Business Network, Business in the Community.
Caroline has a Science degree from the University of Melbourne, a Master's in Marketing from Monash University, and recently completed the University of Cambridge Business Sustainability Management executive program.
