Bob Baglien

Bob Baglien has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Bob started their career as an IT Business Analyst and Sybase DBA at CSULA, where they worked from 1991 to 1998. Bob then worked as a Database Analyst at CSC and US Interactive before joining Elan Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Database Developer in 2000. In the same year, they also started working at Quest Diagnostics as a Senior IT Business Analyst. Bob later joined Northgate Markets as a Senior IT Business Analyst and MTS Project Manager, where they worked from 2007 to 2012. After that, Bob worked at Aviir, Inc. as a Senior IT Business Analyst. Bob was responsible for leading the business analysis for the implementation of StarLIMS LIMS and Telcor Billing Systems package Agile. Bob also provided technical support for Stonehenge, an in-house developed LIMS. At Aviir, they developed and maintained Salesforce reports and Tableau business analytics compliant with CLIA regulations. Bob's most recent work experience is at Cultura Technologies as a Professional Services Consultant, where they provide consulting services for Aeros ERP and Cultura Technology software solutions.

Bob Baglien has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Data Processing (CDP) in Business Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles.
