Rich Reynertson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rich began in 1985 as a Branch Manager at David Mitchell & Associates, where they worked until 1992. Rich then became the President of EXI, formerly known as Computer Aid, where they ran the company until its sale in 1999. Rich went on to work for Compuware as a Manager before joining Feed Management Systems as President in 1999. At Feed Management Systems, Reynertson provided strategic direction and leadership while fostering growth and exceeding customer expectations. In 2010, they moved to Cargill as a Managing Director, where they provided strategic direction and leadership to Feed Management Systems within the larger Cargill team. Reynertson is currently the President of Cultura Technologies, having held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, Grain and Oilseeds since 2012. Rich'sleadership roles demonstrate a strong focus on strategic direction, growth, and exceeding expectations.
Rich Reynertson completed their Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Bethel University from 1979 to 1983. In 1991, they attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they completed The Management Institute program with a focus on Business.
