Susan Wildeboer

Susan Wildeboer is an experienced professional in childcare and human resources with over 25 years in the industry. As an Au Pair Childcare Expert and Intercultural Exchange Mentor at Cultural Care Au Pair since February 1997, Susan has successfully placed over 750 au pairs, serving families across the USA. Previous roles include Director and Head of People Operations at TP-Link Research America Corp., where Susan provided strategic counsel on people issues and enhanced company culture. Additional experience includes HR Manager at Datera, HR & Project Manager at Talenthouse, Project Manager at Bentley Systems, and various management roles at Common Point, Inc. Susan holds a BS and MS from Rochester Institute of Technology and a PPM from UC Santa Cruz.
