Shawn Rowton

Shawn Rowton is an experienced education professional with a focus on academic program administration and teaching. Currently serving as the Developing Academic Program Administrator for Cultural Homestay International since November 2008, Shawn is responsible for hiring Academic Coordinators and seeking host families for exchange students in Kentucky. Previous teaching roles include positions as a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School of Julington Creek, a Kindergarten Teacher at Farmington Hills Kindergarten, and a 1st grade teacher at Jackson City Schools. Shawn began the educational career as a Preschool Teacher for three-year-olds at Madison Preschool. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Troy University Dothan and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Murray State University.
