Buhle Dlamini is an experienced organisational culture and diversity expert currently serving as the Future of People lead at TomorrowToday Global since January 2018. Dlamini also collaborates as a consultant with TomorrowToday Consulting and as an associate facilitator for the Cultural Intelligence Center, focusing on enhancing cultural intelligence within organizations. As president of MindGro Consulting, Dlamini has contributed significantly to releasing human potential. Previous roles include founder of Young & Able, co-founder of Columba Leadership, and joint CEO of forgood. Dlamini’s speaking career began in 2004, and a strong educational background includes executive programs from Harvard University and strategic management certification from the University of South Africa.
