Cecilia Harvey is the Founder & Director of Cultural Nexus, where Cecilia focuses on breaking boundaries, leveraging diverse capabilities, and promoting inclusive workplaces. Cecilia is also an Associate Partner at InspiringPeople and an Associate at TMA World. Previously, Cecilia served as the Global ED&I Lead at Royal HaskoningDHV. Cecilia has a background in Social Anthropology and is a certified facilitator in Cultural Intelligence (CQ®). Cecilia is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in various industries.
