Fenny Ang is an Adjunct Faculty at Singapore Management University, Executive Coach at IMPACT Group, Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Coach at Cultural Intelligence Center, and has extensive experience in organizational development and coaching. Fenny has worked with multinational clients, facilitated workshops, designed training programs, and provided executive coaching to improve leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and intercultural effectiveness. With a background in international business and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of South Australia, Fenny has a wealth of experience in talent development, organizational change, and HR strategy across various industries and regions.
