Caitlyn Schmitt

Caitlyn Schmitt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations and program development. Currently serving as a Program Officer at Cultural Vistas since September 2019, Caitlyn specializes in designing and implementing professional exchange programs for emerging international leaders. Prior roles include Assistant Program Officer at AIPAC and Leadership Development Operations Coordinator at the same organization, where Caitlyn contributed to bipartisan initiatives. Earlier experiences include an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator position at Coté Orphan, LLC, involvement in the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Program as a fellow at the U.S. Department of State, and internships focused on political engagement and communications with organizations such as EuropaPunktBremen and the Florida Democratic Party.
