Priya Baumann

Priya Baumann is currently serving as the Communications Coordinator for the Edmund S. Muskie Professional Fellowship Program at Cultural Vistas since March 2023, managing social media accounts, press releases, and alumni communications. Previous experience includes roles as a Multimedia Assistant at Metro Transit, focusing on photography and social media, and as a Photography and Multimedia Intern with the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Priya also has experience as an Admissions Ambassador and in social media outreach at Macalester College, and as a Media and Archives Intern with BOMB Magazine, where tasks included designing social media assets and creating videos for an anniversary celebration. Additional internships include working with Stephanie Keith Photography and serving as an Americorps Vista with Literacy Minnesota. Priya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies and International Studies from Macalester College and is pursuing a Master of Education in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a concentration in Global Studies in Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
