Andrew Croome

Andrew Croome is an accomplished lead engineer at Culture Amp since April 2020, having previously served as a senior engineer in the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a Ruby developer at Icelab from May 2013 to April 2020, as well as extensive freelance work from January 2005 to April 2020, focusing on writing, copywriting, and research. Andrew also held the position of content director at The PR Group from 2007 to 2012 and worked as a technical consultant at Strategic Data from February 2002 to 2007. Educationally, Andrew holds a PhD in Creative Writing, along with degrees in Computer Science and Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, where studies spanned from 1998 to 2008.
