Ben Stringer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Architect and Director of Engineering at Culture Amp, Ben leads a team of 80 engineers across various products. Prior to this, Ben was a Portfolio Architect at Zendesk, contributing architectural guidance across multiple products and enhancing the Zendesk Platform. Ben's professional background includes key roles at Versent and Syntegrity Solutions, specializing in API and microservices delivery, as well as consulting on integration and identity management. Additional experience encompasses architectural roles at ANZ, GE Capital, and earlier positions in development and support at various firms. Ben holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science with a focus on High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence from RMIT University.
