Devshree Bhatt

Devshree Bhatt is an accomplished professional in the field of organizational psychology with extensive experience in roles related to culture, people experience, and human capital consulting. Currently serving as the Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp since August 2022 and previously as a Senior People Scientist, Devshree has a rich background including positions at Commonwealth Bank as Culture & People Experience Manager and HR Capability Partner, as well as roles at Deloitte and other organizations. Devshree holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Southern Cross University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from UNSW.
