Jacqueline Park

Jacqueline Park currently serves as the VP of Product and Strategy at Culture Amp, where responsibilities include company and product strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and oversight of the People Analytics product vertical. Previous roles span various leadership positions in strategy and operations, including global head of corporate development at Instructure and senior consultant at Serendis, where Jacqueline focused on digital products and capability-building initiatives. As a co-founder of Carrots Money, a startup aimed at democratizing financial advice, Jacqueline was recognized in the final 20 for Barclays Techstars NYC. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Economic Sociology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Oxford, and a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional. Additionally, Jacqueline is active in mentoring at Startmate and serving as a board observer for the Australian Youth Orchestra.
