Jessica Brook

Jessica Brook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, strategy, and workplace consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Acceleration at Culture Amp since July 2017, Jessica has held several leadership roles focused on international growth and operations, as well as business strategy. Previously, at Gensler, Jessica provided consulting services to align organizational goals with physical environments and culture. As a Workplace Strategist at HATCH Analytics, Jessica combined social science and psychology to enhance employee experiences and inform key business decisions. Prior roles include serving as a Policy Advisor at HM Treasury and an Injury Management Advisor at NSW Police Force. Jessica holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney, as well as a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
