Kelsey Hardy is currently the Manager of the Large Enterprise Customer Success Team North America at Culture Amp. Prior to this, Kelsey held various roles at Change Healthcare, including Program Manager for Enterprise Community and Integration. Kelsey also participated in an Accelerated Development Program and worked as a Training Specialist. With a background in psychology and industrial/organizational psychology, Kelsey has experience in research and analysis from both East Carolina University and the University of Georgia.
