Rod Hamilton

Rod Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Rampersand and an Advisor for Tracksuit and Komodo, Hamilton also holds advisory positions at BoardOutlook and has been a member of the Board of Governors at Ivanhoe Grammar School since May 2023. As the Founder and Chief Product Officer of Culture Amp, Hamilton has been instrumental in developing software that enhances workplace environments for fast-growing companies. Previous roles include Solution Architect at National Australia Bank and Principal Consultant at Unico, alongside consultancy work at Accenture. Hamilton's educational background includes a degree in Applied Science, Computer Science from RMIT University.
