Timothy Hancock is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in both leadership and research roles. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Culture Amp since October 2022, Timothy previously held the position of Lead Data Scientist at the same company from April 2018. Prior to their tenure at Culture Amp, Timothy worked as a Senior Researcher at the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources from June 2014 to April 2018, and at NICTA from December 2012 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Timothy served as an Assistant Professor at Kyoto University from April 2011 to May 2013. Timothy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics and Computer Science from James Cook University, earned between 1998 and 2007.
