Brooke Thorson

Brooke Thorson has worked in the biotechnology industry since 2004. Brooke began their career as a Lab Technician with GSK in 2004, followed by a Senior Microbiologist role with GSK in 2005. In 2010, they worked as a Microbiologist at IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Teknova, starting as a Quality Control Associate and ending as a Director of Quality Assurance. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Zymergen, starting as a Research Associate 3 and ending as a Senior Operations Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Bioprocess Operations at Culture Biosciences.

Brooke Thorson received their Bachelor of Biotechnology from Swinburne University of Technology between 2002 and 2005.
