Eric Gigliotti

Eric Gigliotti has over 25 years of experience in facilities operations and engineering. From 1993 to 1998, they were a Senior Engineer at Gigliotti Maintenance, where they maintained bakery, restaurant, FDA, and USDA production facilities and created and implemented preventive maintenance programs. From 1998 to 2009, they were a Facilities Specialist MSAT at Genentech Inc., where they successfully maintained and repaired all process manufacturing equipment, performed tasks as defined in Maintenance Work Orders, and troubleshot and repaired mechanical problems independently. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Principal at Advantage Production, where they built and established a consistent clientele for 12 years and implemented and maintained preventive maintenance procedures for small and large scale food manufacturing plants. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing at Cailtech, where they supervised, trained, and managed the performance of the sales and marketing team, developed and monitored sales and marketing budgets, and worked with the executive director to develop competitive incentives for prospects and sales team. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL/Amgen, where they strategically defined plans to oversee day-to-day operations, worked with senior leadership on design and commissioning of a new state of the art GMP laboratory and pilot plant facility, and developed and implemented best practices for sustainability. Currently, they are a Senior Manager Facilities Operations and EH&S at Culture Biosciences, where they are building a SAP enterprise program to scale the company 3x in the next 12 months, and is managing bicoastal facility management to design, budget, and staff a new North Carolina facility.

Eric Gigliotti is currently enrolled at Stanford University, pursuing a degree in Business Leadership. Previously, they attended San Francisco City College from 1991 to 1993. No additional certifications have been listed.
