Michael Chin has an extensive work experience. Michael began their career in 2007 as a Salesperson for Nordstrom Retail. In 2008, they moved to Apple Retail as a Specialist. In 2010, they became the Secretary for Pacific Resources Engineering and Planning. In 2012, they held two positions for CSULB IEEE, Vice President and President. In 2013, they were Team Lead for CSULB IEEE Natcar. In 2014, they were the Showroom Sales Manager for Artec Group Inc. In 2016, they became an Electrical Engineer for Oblong Industries Inc, where they were responsible for designing, prototyping, documenting, and overseeing the manufacturing of all tracking hardware related to the Oblong Mezzanine product line. In 2020, they were Lead Electrical Engineer for BiologyWorks, Inc. and in 2021, they are currently Senior Electrical Engineer I for Culture Biosciences.
Michael Chin graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Mills High School. Michael has also obtained two certifications, an Advanced PCB Layout from FEDEVEL Academy in July 2020, and an Altium Designer - Essentials Certificate from Altium in June 2017.
