At Culture Frame Studio, we believe the well-being of people is inextricably linked to business performance—when people thrive, so does the business. We help organizations navigate today’s complexities, from hybrid work and industry shifts to the challenges of operating in a polarized world, by designing intentional cultures that care for people, support strategy, and drive growth. Unlike traditional consulting firms, we act as design partners, empowering clients to co-create solutions tailored to their unique needs. Together, we build agile, sustainable cultures that fuel both employee well-being and business success.

Formerly known as Melanated Futures Group, Culture Frame Studio builds on our legacy of empowering organizations to thrive through intentional culture design while expanding our mission to address today’s rapidly evolving workplace challenges.
