Charles Samuel

Charles Samuel has a diverse range of work experience in the field of lighting and camera operations. Charles started their career as a Production Assistant at Viacom in 2014 and later worked as a Camera PA at 495 Productions. In 2018, they joined Triage Entertainment as a Camera Operator and worked there until 2021. Following that, they worked as a Camera Specialist at F21 Op Co, LLC (US) from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they worked as an Electrician at Mustache Productions and then as a Gaffer for an undisclosed company. Charles is currently employed as the Chief Lighting Technician at Culture Genesis Inc. Additionally, they have experience as a Lighting Technician and Director of Photography in the music industry, where they worked on various projects ordering grip and electric equipment from rental houses.

Charles Samuel attended American University in 2008, where they studied 16mm Motion Film. Charles did not obtain a degree from this institution. Additionally, they pursued Film/Cinema/Video Studies at the University of New Orleans, although the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown. In 2013, Charles obtained certification in NOVAC Grip & Electric Film Industry Workforce Training from IATSE Local 478/NOVAC/Film Offices of Jefferson and Orleans Parish.
