James Desilva

James DeSilva is currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Culture Kings since January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Senior People Adviser at City Beach Australia from October 2022 to January 2024, and various positions at Employsure, including Employment Relations Adviser, Human Resources Coordinator, and Employment Relations Graduate from September 2018 to October 2022. James also worked at Endeavour Foundation as an Employment Coach and Production Team Leader in 2018, and as an English Second Language Teacher at Kohgakusha from November 2016 to April 2018. Earlier roles include Order Selector at Woolworths and several positions at McDonald's Corporation, culminating as Area Co-Ordinator from December 2009 to December 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland, an Advanced TESOL Diploma from ATA College, and a Certificate III in Retail Management from McDonald's.
