Carly Flynn

Carly Flynn is an experienced professional with a strong background in Pilates instruction and event management. Currently serving as a Pilates Instructor at Culture Of Fit since February 2019, Carly focuses on creating engaging class content centered on alignment and injury prevention. Previous experience includes roles as Private Events Manager and Maître D' at Babbo Ristorante, where Carly managed private dining events, and as a Maître D' and Server at Lupa Osteria Romana, optimizing reservations and guest experiences. Additional roles include temporary office management and administrative support, alongside creative contributions as a graphic designer for Momentum Dance Theatre and an arts administration intern at Parsons Dance Company. Carly holds a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography and a BA in Strategic Communications from Elon University.
