Carl Sadd

Carl Sadd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carl co-founded Culture Shift in 2018 and serves as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the technical and creative aspects of the business, focusing on developing their award-winning SAS reporting platform. Prior to Culture Shift, Carl co-founded Trust Brand Communications Ltd in 2011, where they were the Creative Director until 2021. Carl also worked as a Studio Manager at both Creative Spark Designs Ltd from 2003 to 2011 and we are air limited from 2000 to 2003. Carl's career began as a Graphic Designer at MAP plc in 1998.

Carl Sadd attended Stockport College from 1996 to 1998. During this period, they pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Typography.
